Dear Friends and Fellow Horse Enthusiasts,
Each new day brings new chances and new opportunities. As we strive to become better riders and more responsible horse owners, we look for answers to our problems. We talk to our veternarians, read magazines that inform us of the latest technologies; and we try not to settle for anything less than the best. Our loved ones, our pets, and especially our equine friends deserve our very best effort and the best of care. I began my quest to own a show horse that I could show and be proud of and have fun with. I did my research and learned all that I could. Not having unlimited funds, it was a task that at times seemed impossible. The glossy pages of the show horse publications can make you feel insignificant. I know I cannot compete with some of these owners and their million dollar farms. My goal is to compete in Amateur level western pleasure and horsemanship classes on my horse, Chocolat Time George. It has certainly been a challenge thus far. Not having a trainer available all the time makes it hard. But the satisfaction of knowing that I have done much of his training myself is a victory. I am blessed to have a horse of this calliber, though some days I have to remind myself of this when he is not on his best behavior! I pray that I can bring him along in such a way that pleases God. I strive for this with all the horses and children that visit our barn to ride or learn. Our farm is a blessing, we are truly blessed to have it and to be able to share it with those that have the desire to learn about horses. I can testify to the blessings and the Grace that the Lord Jesus has brought to my life.
Accepting and knowing Christ has not only changed our lives for the better; but has made us realize that the precious time we have here is merely just a stepping stone to what God has planned for us in Heaven for eternity. I am secure knowing I will spend eternity with my Savior. Do you know where you will spend eternity? I like to think of my salvation as an insurance policy from God. It is a wonderful feeling knowing I am loved so much. Our horses must feel the same way when we provide them with a warm stall, an evening meal, or a pleasant ride under the stars. The very stars that God himself made! And this is the very same God who sent his only son Jesus to die on the cross to redeem us from our sins and give us eternal life; if we only accept Him. Have you made the decision to accept Jesus into your life? If you have not made that decision, please take the time to talk to someone, pick up a Bible, or just get down on your knees and ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and come into your heart. It will feel better than any ride you will ever have. May you and your family be richly blessed in all you desire and hope for.

In Christ Always,
Tanya, Jeffrey, Courtney, and Casey Nutting
